Pay your receipt

If one of our volunteers has delivered some items for you for which there was a cost, you should have been given a receipt for the exact value of the items you ordered. Eccleshall Cares will reimburse volunteers in a timely manner.

Service-Users (you) pay Eccleshall Cares directly to the value of the goods, and do not engage in any financial transactions with volunteers. If a volunteer ever asks you for money or a cheque for any services or deliveries, please refuse and refer them to Eccleshall Cares. You do not owe them any money, Eccleshall Cares reimburses them, and you reimburse us. If you have any questions or experience any issues in this area please call the payment line on 07599 683113. We are open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9am-12 midday.

You can pay you receipt by direct bank transfer, using your job reference as the payment reference. Please only pay the exact amount on the receipt! If you would like to make a donation, please make it a seperate payment.

The only money you will ever be asked for is the value of the goods you ordered, the service is completely free and run entirely voluntarily by Eccleshall residents.
